 – 88 different fabrics in assorted sizes which are the same fabrics used to make our shop sample. 

– (2) 2″ x 21″ strips for fence and fence posts. 

– 1/3 yd.black and green batik for binding (cut 2.25” binding strips)

We encourage you to be creative and customize your small town. For example our sample includes a coffee shop and a brewery (The signage for the brewery is not included in this kit as it came from the maker’s stash).
